Dr. Kumar is an experienced training instructor with over 29 years of experience in the environmental field. He specializes in air dispersion modelling and meteorology, and has developed and delivered comprehensive training courses covering both fundamental concepts and advanced theories in these areas. Dr. Kumar is also the principal author of air dispersion models published by Envitrans, and has served as an Expert Member of the State Expert Appraisal Committee (SEAC), providing expertise on air quality during the appraisal of environmental impact assessment (EIA) reports for environmental clearance.
