By requesting and accepting a remote session with an Envitrans Private Limited (“Envitrans”) representative, you accept responsibility for any changes made to your desktop content, software, or system settings. Envitrans does not assume liability for the linking, viewing, or operation of your system during remote access, nor for system performance afterwards.
Precautions
- • Close any applications displaying personal, sensitive, or confidential information before starting the session.
- • Remain present at your computer throughout the remote session.
Data & Responsibility
Your data is your responsibility. Please ensure that you maintain up-to-date backups. Envitrans will not be responsible for any data loss during or after a remote session. If you need guidance on setting up backups, contact us before requesting support.
Limitations
Envitrans takes care when accessing your system, but we cannot guarantee that our support will fully resolve the issue, or that troubleshooting will not create additional problems requiring on-site service. Remote support is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Third-Party Tool
Envitrans uses TeamViewer for secure remote access. For further details on TeamViewer security, see the TeamViewer Security Statement.
Envitrans reserves the right to update this Agreement. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
